Wet Stuff:
3-4 very ripe bananas mashed up
2 eggs
vanilla
~1/2 cup honey
1 c sugar
3/4 c butter
Dry Stuff:
2 c white flour
1 Tbsp baking pdr
1/2 tsp salt
~ 1/2 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
Add dry to wet in three alternating batches with one cup of milk.
Don't overmix!
Add 1/2 - 3/4 cup finely chopped pineapple - fresh is best, but canned will work too.
Bake at 325 F for 60 - 75 min, until golden brown and toothpick comes out pretty clean.
This is so good that we can't take a picture because my two year old picked off all the crust that he could reach. Well, really we can't take a picture because the camera battery is dead. But it is still really good and looked good until it was attacked.
